We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful, great to check in early in the morning after finishing work late. The location was convenient, close to private hospitals in the Bella Vista suburb and in an industrial park. Despite being in an industrial area, it was surprisingly quiet, and we found it handy for getting to most areas. The rooms were clean and spacious, with good facilities. The parking was located underneath the hotel, locked at night, providing security for our vehicle.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for cooking our own meals. The TV in the room was impressive and provided great entertainment. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that the staff called us the night before our arrival to check if we had any special requirements - it made us feel valued as guests. the hotel had great signage, easy to find our way around, even at night.
That there was no onsite restaurant. this was easily remedied by ordering delivery or driving to one of the nearby restaurants.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is fairly close to Castle Hill Towers shopping centre and the closest supermarket. It is also very close to the shopping areas, which makes it easy to access. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although they could benefit from a bathroom revamp. The staff are helpful, and there is onsite parking available.
The hotel lacks reliable WiFi, which can be an inconvenience, especially for business travelers.

During my recent stay at Quality Apartments, I was impressed by the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The spacious room provided a comfortable place to relax and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had great water pressure, making for a refreshing shower. We loved staying here! The location might seem a little out of the way, but it's perfect for what we needed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, from the desk clerk to the manager. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, from a washing machine and dryer to a fully-equipped kitchen. Not to mention the comfortable sitting area and dining table! We also appreciated the terrace and garden furniture, and the free toiletries in the bathroom. All in all, the amenities were fantastic and really added to our stay.
We'd definitely recommend this place to friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
